Your work your way
To help you create a healthy balance between your work and home life, we offer:
- a range of flexible working options, including job sharing and term-time hours
- flexitime between 5am and 10pm, so you can agree a working pattern that’s best for both you and us*
- the opportunity to spend some of your time working from home, as well as in one of our offices. You will spend at least 40% of your time in one of our offices which may be adjusted over time to meet business needs
- 25 days’ annual leave, rising to 30 days after working with us for five years, plus nine extra days of public and privilege leave
- six months full pay for maternity, adoption or shared parental leave, with three weeks full-paid leave for partners and paid leave for any appointments
- a range of paid special leave, including disability leave, leave for volunteering and leave for carers
